This section provides an introduction of the document which includes purpose of the document, its intended audience and an overview of the document.
1.1) Purpose of Document
The following “Terms & Conditions” constitute the agreement between you (the Customer) and us. In order to use App Aura’s Services in any manner, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions. We have the right to update, amend or change these Terms & Conditions without any prior notice. We emphasize that you review the Terms & Conditions on frequent basis to stay updated.
In addition to these Terms & Conditions, policies are available in the App Aura Central Agent Management Policy Document and Central Retailer Management Policy Document respectively which can be made available upon request.
If App Aura receives information that a customer violates its Terms & Conditions, App Aura has the right to close/terminate App Aura’s services and user accounts at its sole discretion without prior notice.
1.2) Overview of Document
Terms and Conditions acts as a legally binding contract between App Aura and its vendors. The Terms & Conditions set the rules and guidelines that vendors must agree to and follow in order to use and access App Aura’s website and mobile app.
The Terms & Conditions available on App Aura’s website shall supersede all other channels and shall considered to be updated. Terms & Conditions can be amended/changed/updated by the company at any point of time without any prior notice or consent.
2) User Information
In order to access features of App Aura, you will have to register for a user account and provide us with certain personal information. If you choose to register for App Aura’s Services, you agree to provide precise and accurate information as required and are responsible for all activities performed under your App Aura account.
As a priority, we focus on the protection and security of user information. To keep the confidentiality, privacy of user data and provide a secure environment, we develop and update our systems regularly. In accordance with the App Aura Privacy Policy, we do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people (save with your consent) or non-affiliated companies except for products or services you’ve requested.

In case the user does not wish to continue with App Aura’s Services, the provided user information will still be available with us for record keeping and legal purposes.
3) General Information
You must ensure that the information recorded on your App Aura Account is always accurate and up to date and we shall not be liable for any loss arising out of your failure to do so. We may ask you at any time to confirm the accuracy of your information or to provide documented evidence.
We may stop providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you temporarily or permanently at our sole discretion, without any prior notice. You may stop using the Services at any point of time. You will be responsible for any kind of illegal transactions or money laundering activities performed through your App Aura account.
4) Termination
We have the right to terminate/suspend your App Aura’s Services or account in case where:
1) Your account or user information is found in money laundering, suspicious, fraudulent, illegal activities or terrorism financing.
2) You have violated the Terms & Conditions or any of App Aura’s policies.
3) You are found using or intended to use App Aura’s Services in an irresponsible manner or for fraudulent or other unlawful purposes without the provision of any prior notice.
You have the right to discontinue App Aura’s Services or account at any point of time. Once your account is terminated, you can no longer use any of App Aura’s Services.
5) Force Majeure
A Force Majeure Event may include any acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, armed hostilities, sabotage, war or any escalation or worsening of acts of war, epidemic, pandemic or disease outbreak, strike, fire, flood, governmental acts or orders or restrictions, failure of suppliers, failure of the Internet, or any other reason where failure to perform is beyond the reasonable control of the non-performing party (vendors, users, or ourselves).
We will not be liable for performance delays or limitations due to any Force Majeure Event.
6) Changes/Updates
We reserve the right to periodically modify these Terms & Conditions to update information practices at any time without prior notice and encourage users to review the Terms & Conditions to stay up to date. Continuation of using App Aura’s Services after changes in Terms & Conditions means that you have reviewed and accepted the changed/updated terms.
We will change the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms & Conditions. Any changes we make in Terms & Conditions are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Terms & Conditions.
7) Schedule of Charges
App Aura reserves the right in its sole discretion to impose new charges and/or revise existing charges on services offered to App Aura accounts with/without any prior notice.
8) Refund Policy
This is the Refund Policy of App Aura. Please read this policy carefully.
8.1) App Aura Refund Policy:
Subscription and Billing Agreement
The service begins with a 14-day complimentary free trial period. Following the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the payment method on file will be charged the then-current subscription fee. The subscriber retains the right to unsubscribe at any time. All payments made are non-refundable. The company does not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused portions of the service after a payment has been processed.
8.2) Refund Policy Updates:
App Aura reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy, will be notified on App Aura Website, or by a blog post, or by any method we determine. The method App Aura chose is at our sole discretion.
We will also change the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this Refund Policy. Any changes to App Aura Refund Policy are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Refund Policies
